Quarterly Activities/Appendix 5B Cash Flow Report

Boab Metals Limited (ASX: BML) released its Quarterly Activities and Cashflow Report for the period ending 30 June 2025. The Company continued to advance its Sorby Hills Lead-Silver-Zinc Project, signing a SPA with Sandfire Resources for the acquisition of the DeGrussa Processing Plant. This acquisition will enhance project execution by reducing upfront capital costs. A capital raising of A$6.0 million was completed to fund various project costs.<br/><br/>Project financing has progressed, with multiple non-binding term sheets received from financiers. Boab remains confident in securing funding aligned with its capital structure. The Company had a cash balance of approximately A$7.6 million as at 30 June 2025.<br/><br/>The acquisition of the DeGrussa Processing Plant marks a significant milestone towards a Final Investment Decision at Sorby Hills. All major components required for the Sorby Hills Processing Plant have been secured through this acquisition.<br/><br/>Environmental and regulatory approvals are progressing, with formal approvals expected in the second half of 2025.
