Developing the Sorby Hills Lead-Silver-Zinc Project in the Kimberley of Western Australia. 

Boab has made significant strides toward development with the acquisition of the DeGrussa Processing Plant, reducing capital expenditure and procurement risk. A US$30M prepayment facility and binding offtake agreement with Trafigura further validate project quality. Regulatory approvals are progressing, and financing discussions are well advanced. With funding, infrastructure, and permitting aligning, the company is on track for a Final Investment Decision in H2 2025—positioning Boab as a near-term producer with real momentum.

With silver accounting for 37% of projected revenue, Sorby Hills is highly leveraged to silver price movements while maintaining low operating costs covered by lead. C1 costs are forecast at just US$0.36/lb payable lead (post silver credits), placing the project in the first quartile of the global cost curve. Boab’s concentrate product is high grade and sought-after, with logistics in place to export via Wyndham Port—supporting a scalable, margin-rich production profile.

Boab’s flagship Sorby Hills Project is one of Australia’s most advanced undeveloped lead-silver-zinc assets, boasting a 47.3Mt Mineral Resource and a robust Ore Reserve of 15.2Mt. A completed FEED Study highlights impressive metrics: A$411M NPV, 37% IRR, and an average annual EBITDA of A$126M. With over 53Moz of contained silver and low forecast C1 costs, the project offers strong margins and attractive exposure to silver price upside.
