Announcement PDF 18 September 2026 AGM Date and Closing Date for Director Nominations Boab Metals Limited (ASX: BML) (“Boab” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that in accordance with ASX Listing rule 3.13.1 its Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 24November 2026. An item of business on the AGM agenda will be the re-election and appointment of Directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, clause 13.4, any nomination for the position of a Director must be made 30 Business days prior to meeting, therefore, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday, 12 October 2026.
